Part Time Administrative Assistant

Location:

 

Remote/Online Position.

Responsibilities:

  • Online customer correspondence and appointment scheduling. Communications regarding instrument trials for sales and order placement. Billing tasks related to repairs and sales.


Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Music with Flute emphasis preferred.

  • Professional orchestral piccolo performance experience preferred.

  • Sales and Customer Service experience preferred.


Compensation:

  • Commission-based pay on a sliding scale relative to price-point on services and sales. Broken down by the hour, it’s well over traditional admin assistant pay scales.


Daily Work Expectations:

  • Check emails 2-3 times a day, and respond in a ‘timely’ manner, whether that is each day, or a couple of times per week in batches. Very flexible schedule. Would need to be available for texting correspondence with me, and occasional phone calls.
