Service Warranty: All COA (Clean Oil and Adjust) services carry a 90 day guarantee on all soft parts adjustments. All Overhaul services carry a 180 day guarantee on all adjustments. If something isn't 'quite right,' just reach out and we'll take care of it right away!

Clean, Oil, & Adjust: This is what we call a 'yearly maintenance.' This is basically a yearly checkup to perform routine services to ensure that your instrument is playing its' best and to prevent premature wear and tear.

• Full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, and tarnish removal.

• Gentle hand polish, and replacement of key oil.

• Pad shimming and adjustment throughout, with possible pad replacements (see chart).

• Key synchronization and adjustments for a perfect feel.

• Head cork replacement and any necessary joint fitting.

• Test playing to ensure stability.

Overhauls: This service generally occurs every 8-12 years as a flute ages. Here we evaluate how the instrument was designed, how it has aged, and what is necessary to hit the 'reset' button to bring it back to factory standards and when possible, close the gap between the original maker's vision and the reality of your instrument. This is where we can take the pre-existing qualities you love about your instrument, and use our knowledge as makers to enhance its' voice and tailor it to suit your needs.

• Cosmetic polishing, dent work, and blemish removal as needed.

• Mechanical restoration and refinement of the mechanism for perfect fit and feel.

• Tonehole repair and refinement if needed.

• Custom pad installation of your choice.

• Replacement of all felt, leather, cork, and soft materials.

• Key synchronization and balancing of spring tension.

• Test playing and voicing to optimize the sonority and stability of each instrument.
